Permanent Employees: Long-term 停车 Options
To purchase Faculty/工作人员 parking access, employees should sign into their 停车帐户 and purchase a permit for one of the available lots. Employees can also join a waiting list to be notified if a space becomes available. View step by step instructions here.
Fees are collected at the end of the month for that month's access. 例如, fees for access from January 1st through January 31st will be deducted from the paycheck that is received at the end of January. 停车 fees are calculated by the half or full month. Faculty and staff who do not wish to purchase long-term parking may purchase short-term parking. Day and month increments are available and may be purchased online or by phone at (303) 735-PARK (7275). Please have your license plate available.

停车服务 may need to close lots for events and/or maintenance. We will communicate these closures, and provide parking alternatives by email. Be sure to check your email and to keep your contact information up to date. Vehicles must be able to be moved within 72 hours of a notification of closure. Please contact customer service if you plan on leaving your vehicle in your lot for an extended period. Should your vehicle need to be relocated for a closure, you will be responsible for any relocation cost.
